CGC and Quasar Grading Comparison guide

The following books have been submitted to CGC.  The purpose of submitting the books was to gauge the standards of CGC to the standards of Quasar Comics and Collectibles.  From time to time additional books will be submitted to CGC to ascertain the consistency of CGC's grading.  

It is the policy of Quasar Comics and Collectibles to always present the Quasar Comics grade and description along with the CGC grade and description.  This way, everyone knows "how we stack up". Based upon the results, we hope you will bid with confidence in our auctions.  All our books are always graded to the same standard as those books that were submitted to CGC: 

My grade: GD- 1.75

Overall solid lower grade copy, light yellowing, supple pages and cover,

upper staple pull, partial lower staple pull, abrasion to right upper edge

FC, some splitting of spine; 5/8” tear right edge page 23 (46).

CGC grade: VG- 3.5
